What Jason does

From builder punch lists to homeowner visions, turning ideas into finished work.

Punch list completion

The pile of small unfinished things at the end of a build or before a sale. Knocked out in one visit where possible.

Small remodels

Bathrooms, mudrooms, built-ins and single-room updates — scoped honestly and finished on schedule.

Stair building & repair

New treads, risers, railings, and complete stair builds. Correcting uneven rises and addressing stairs that need to be brought up to code.

Door hanging & installation

Interior, exterior, pre-hung, or slab. Doors that latch cleanly, swing true, and open and close with ease.

Drywall repair

Holes, cracks, water damage and seam failures patched and feathered so the fix disappears under paint.

Painting

Interior painting with the prep actually done — filled, sanded, cut in clean, and cleaned up after.

Finish details

Trim, casing, baseboard, crown and the small joinery that separates a decent job from a clean one.

Something else?

If it's carpentry or a repair around the house, ask. If it isn't a good fit, Jason will tell you who to call.

About Jason

Jason brings over 20 years of carpentry craftsmanship to Clean Lines Carpentry — honed on Kauai, refined through high-end builds and remodels in Oregon and Utah, and now proudly serving Vermont homeowners.

From quick fixes and small remodels to finish work, he brings care and precision to every project. He is dependable, explains the job clearly before work begins, and leaves the space cleaner than he found it.

Every job is done by Jason himself — you're not handing your house to a rotating crew.

"Clean lines aren't a style. They're just what it looks like when the work is done right." Jason · Owner

Simple, straightforward

Three steps from your first call to a finished job.

STEP 01

Call to discuss the scope

Talk through what the project involves. Photos help but aren't required.

STEP 02

Get a walkthrough and rough estimate

For most jobs it starts with a quick look in person and a verbal rough estimate, followed by a detailed written quote and clear contract terms before work begins.

STEP 03

Work gets done, site gets cleaned

Jason does the work himself, keeps you posted on anything unexpected, and leaves the space clean.
